There's few things European NFL fans can enjoy that our American counterparts can't, but some highlights stand out: 1) The NFL London games being played 2) The NFL London teams being announced 3) The NFL UK tour 4) Finding out how much it's going to cost to see the NFL London games.
(Okay, that last one isn't a highlight, but we're trying to take the good with the bad here.)
The NFL announced prices for this year's NFL London games today (May 22), as well as on-sale times for season tickets and hospitality packages.
Tickets to games in both Wembley and Tottenham Hotspurs stadiums vary considerably in price. Whle lower sideline tickets range between £115-119 and £115-125 respectively, end zone tickets cost between £58-75.50 in Wembley versus £95 in Spurs' newly-opened stadium.
Wembley seems like better value-for-money with a range of tickets priced between £115-160 on its premium, second tier and £42.50-£86 on its upper tier. Tottenham Stadium has designated a huge portion of seats to its hospitality packages, and priced remaining upper tier tickets for between £55-95.
Under 16 can attend games for as low as £23 in Wembley or £27.50-37.50 in Tottenham.
Meanwhile, Wembley season ticket renewals will go on sale this Tuesday (May 28) for a week, when they will then open to the public for six days. Tottenham Hotspurs season tickets have a shorter on-sale window, between June 6-June 10. More information on those can be found at www.eticketing.co.uk/NFL.
Individual ticket sale times are yet to be announced.
The games in Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium come first, with the meeting of the Chicago Bears and Oakland Raiders - where defensive end Khalil Mack plays against his old team - before the NFC South matchup of the Carolina Panthers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The great Wembley tradition continues on October 27 when the high-flying Super Bowl runner-ups Los Angeles Rams will hope to score even more points than when they visited last (33, 2017), against the Cincinnati Bengals. A week later it'll be the turn of AFC South rivals - and London favourites - Jacksonville Jaguars against this winter's playoff participants, the Houston Texans.
